Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Supervisor to lead our growing sales team. The role requires strong leadership, proven sales closing ability, and a strategic mindset for achieving and exceeding targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the Sales Team to meet monthly and quarterly revenue goals.
  • Monitor daily sales activities and ensure performance consistency.
  • Handle Lead Management efficiently — from qualification to closure.
  • Coordinate closely with the Marketing Team for campaigns, events, and promotions.
  • Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly meetings to review performance and plan actions.
  • Develop and implement marketing and sales plans aligned with company objectives.
  • Create structured sales funnels and conversion plans to enhance lead-to-client ratios.
  • Retain existing clients through consistent follow-up, service quality, and relationship building.
  • Attend inbound and outbound events to identify new opportunities and partnerships.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and team performance reviews for management.

Requirements

  • Minimum 8-10years of experience in Sales Supervision / Business Development, preferably in business setup, PRO, or B2B services.
  • Proven success in sales closing, client retention, and achieving targets.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build sales funnels, strategies, and marketing coordination plans.
  • Excellent knowledge of CRM tools and lead-management systems.
  • UAE Driving License preferred.
