Key Responsibilities

  • Manage overall sales operations for the Jharkhand branch.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with dealers, distributors, project clients, and retail partners.
  • Identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth across the region.
  • Plan and execute monthly sales targets and strategies.
  • Conduct market visits, dealer meetings, product demos, and follow-ups.
  • Oversee enquiry handling, quotation preparation, order follow-up, and payment collection.
  • Coordinate with HO for inventory, logistics, and marketing support.
  • Maintain sales reports, market intelligence, and competitor analysis.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and after-sales coordination.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales, ideally in audio, electronics, consumer durables, AV solutions, or similar industries.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to travel across Jharkhand for market visits.
  • Basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Email).
  • Self-driven, result-oriented, and capable of managing field sales independently.
  • Minimum experience required: 2–5 years.
  • Education: Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).

Salary Range

₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month + Incentives (Based on experience and performance)
