We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Agent to join our team for a US-based sales campaign. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a persuasive personality, and a passion for exceeding sales targets. Preference will be given to female candidates who are proactive, goal-oriented, and eager to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Position: Sales Agent Female – US Campaign

Job Type: Full-Time (Night-Shift).

Location: DHA Phase 6, Lahore.

Salary: 50k – 60k

Schedule: 6:00 pm to 3:00 am

Job Responsibility

• Lead Generation: Identify potential clients through research, cold calling, and networking.
• Customer Engagement: Build strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and present suitable product/service solutions.
• Sales Presentations: Effectively communicate product features, benefits, and pricing to prospective clients.
• Sales Targets: Meet or exceed individual and team sales quotas.
• Follow-up: Conduct follow-ups via phone, email, and other channels to ensure customer satisfaction and close deals.
• Market Research: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.
• Reporting: Provide regular updates on sales performance, challenges, and management opportunities.
  
  

Job Requirement

– Preference shall be given to Female Candidates.

– Proven experience in sales, preferably in a US campaign or international market.

– Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

– Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to persuade and influence customers.

– Ability to work independently and within a team.

– Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

– Strong organizational and time-management skills.
