Key Responsibilities

Promote and sell insurance products (Life, Medical, etc.) to individuals and corporate clients.

Identify potential clients through cold calling, referrals, networking, and lead generation activities.

Understand client needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions accordingly.

Negotiate terms and close sales deals to meet or exceed assigned targets.

Maintain accurate client records and follow up on renewals and endorsements.

Coordinate with internal teams (underwriting, operations, customer service) to ensure smooth policy issuance.

Ensure compliance with insurance regulations and company procedures.
-
Handle client inquiries and support claims follow-up when required.

Build long-term relationships to maximize retention and cross-selling opportunities.

1.5 Months training (Paid) – training will be in Cairo for all the candidates (No accommodation provided for the Alexandria candidates)
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in a related field,
Pharmacy is a Plus
Entry-level & Fresh grad.
