Job Description

We are currently looking for an experienced and results-driven Interior Design Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have 3–4 years of experience in interior design sales and a passion for helping clients transform spaces. You will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and closing sales in both residential and commercial sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and cold calling
• Conduct client meetings to understand their interior design needs, style preferences, and budgets
• Present design proposals, mood boards, and material samples tailored to client requirements
• Collaborate with design and project teams to ensure seamless execution of client vision
• Follow up with clients throughout the sales cycle and after project completion
• Prepare quotations, sales contracts, and documentation as needed
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Stay updated on the latest trends in interior design and furnishings
• Maintain accurate client records using CRM tools

Requirements:

• 3–4 years of proven experience in interior design or furniture sales
• Strong understanding of interior design concepts, finishes, and materials
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Customer-focused with strong relationship-building skills
• Proficiency in MS Office; CRM experience preferred
• Knowledge of design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, etc.) is a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Business, or a related field preferred
