Job Role: Sales Intern

We are looking for energetic and motivated MBA/BBA/B.Com students who want to build their career in Sales, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management. This role offers structured learning, real client exposure, and the opportunity to grow into a full-time position.

Key Responsibilities

● Assist in lead generation and outreach activities.

● Support in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and client pitches.

● Conduct market research to analyze trends and competitor strategies.

● Maintain and update CRM and sales documentation.

● Follow up with prospective clients through calls, emails, and meetings.

● Coordinate with marketing and analytics teams for campaign support.

● Prepare weekly reports on sales activities and pipeline updates.

Required Skills & Qualifications

● Pursuing MBA / BBA / B.Com (Marketing/Sales preferred).

● Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

● Basic understanding of sales and business development.

● Good knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.

● Ability to work from Trivandrum is a strong advantage.

Internship Structure

● First 2 Months: Training & learning phase (unpaid)

● Next 4 Months: Live project phase (₹7,000/month stipend)
