The Impact You'll Make

As our Sales Intern, you’ll play a key role in supporting smarter energy use and sustainable solutions for HVAC & Refrigeration industries.

Your impact? You’ll help improve digital tool adoption, delivery reliability, and stock management, ensuring better customer experiences and operational efficiency.

For 6 months, You’ll collaborate with our Climate Solutions team at our Ataşehir, Istanbul office and take ownership of tasks that drive innovation and inclusivity.

What You’ll Be Doing

Improve usage rate of digital tools in order management.
Enhance delivery reliability and stock management processes.
Guide the translation of Coolselector2 (digital tool) into Turkish.
Assist in identifying needs and support for current customers.
Collaborate with internal teams to optimize workflows.

What We're Looking For

Currently studying mechanical engineering (3rd or 4th year student).
Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and report writing skills.
Team player with a positive attitude and growth mindset.
Fluent in English, native in Turkish.
Ability to work at least 3 days a week for 6 months at our Ataşehir, Istanbul office.
