We’re looking for a motivated Sales Intern to support our Sales Team with inbound & outbound calls, lead follow-ups, research work, and updating House & Land package data. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the residential construction industry.


Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls with potential clients
  • Conduct follow-ups on leads to support conversions
  • Assist with research on land availability, estates & pricing
  • Help create and update House & Land package data
  • Maintain CRM records and support the sales team with admin tasks


What We’re Looking For

  • Strong communication & phone handling skills
  • Basic computer skills (Excel/Word)
  • Organized, proactive, and eager to learn
  • Interest in sales or real estate is a plus





Requirements

Skills & Qualifications Required

  • Excellent communication skills (written & verbal).
  • Strong phone etiquette and confidence in handling calls.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word).
  • Ability to multitask and pay attention to detail.
  • Strong willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced sales environment.

Preferred

  • Interest in real estate, construction, or sales.
  • Experience in customer service or telecalling (not mandatory).
