Role Overview

We are looking for a driven and confident Intern to support our sales team through lead generation, cold calling, listings management, and administrative assistance. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants hands-on exposure to the real estate industry and aims to grow into a Property Consultant role.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Cold Calling

  • Conduct outbound cold calls to property owners and potential buyers
  • Qualify leads and schedule meetings for senior agents
  • Maintain and update CRM with accurate client information
  • Follow up with prospects consistently

Listings Support

  • Assist in creating and uploading property listings on portals
  • Coordinate with agents to gather property details, images, and pricing
  • Monitor and update listing status

Administrative Support

  • Support documentation preparation and transaction coordination
  • Assist with client data entry and filing
  • Provide general operational support to the team

Sales Exposure

  • Attend property viewings (when required)
  • Shadow senior brokers during client meetings
  • Learn market research and pricing strategies

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills and confidence on calls
  • Fluent English (additional languages are a plus)
  • Highly motivated and target-oriented
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Interest in pursuing a long-term career in real estate
