Role Overview
We are looking for a driven and confident Intern to support our sales team through lead generation, cold calling, listings management, and administrative assistance. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants hands-on exposure to the real estate industry and aims to grow into a Property Consultant role.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Cold Calling
- Conduct outbound cold calls to property owners and potential buyers
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings for senior agents
- Maintain and update CRM with accurate client information
- Follow up with prospects consistently
Listings Support
- Assist in creating and uploading property listings on portals
- Coordinate with agents to gather property details, images, and pricing
- Monitor and update listing status
Administrative Support
- Support documentation preparation and transaction coordination
- Assist with client data entry and filing
- Provide general operational support to the team
Sales Exposure
- Attend property viewings (when required)
- Shadow senior brokers during client meetings
- Learn market research and pricing strategies
Requirements
- Strong communication skills and confidence on calls
- Fluent English (additional languages are a plus)
- Highly motivated and target-oriented
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Interest in pursuing a long-term career in real estate
