Sales Intern

Urban Company is looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Intern to join our team.

This role is ideal for individuals with excellent communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and an interest in sales, lead conversion, and customer relationship management.

The selected candidate will be responsible for interacting with customers, understanding their feedback and concerns, and converting potential leads through effective communication.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make daily customer calls for feedback collection and lead conversion
  • Understand customer concerns, pain points, and service expectations
  • Address customer queries and objections confidently
  • Convert potential leads into successful sales opportunities
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback
  • Perform data entry and update customer information in internal sheets/CRM
  • Coordinate with the internal team to escalate customer issues where required

Requirements

  • Strong verbal communication skills (English mandatory)
  • Good interpersonal and persuasion skills
  • Basic data entry, Excel, and Google spreadsheet handling skills
  • Ability to understand customer needs and respond professionally
  • Prior experience in sales/business development/customer support is a plus
  • Comfortable with daily calling targets and follow-ups
  • Sponsor/Own Visa

Preferred Profile

  • Freshers and interns with strong communication skills are welcome
  • Candidates with prior experience in telecalling, sales, or customer engagement preferred

Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: AED2,000.00 per month
