Sales Intern

Timings: Mon to Fri | 12:30pm to 9:30pm

We are looking for a motivated Sales Intern for our Upwork bidding and lead generation department. We are interested in someone with academic background showing strong writing skills, a good understanding of marketing, and the ability to communicate clearly.

This role is ideal for a student or fresh graduate from a Marketing, Business, Communications, or related degree who wants to gain hands-on experience in online sales, client communication, and lead generation.

What You Will Learn:

• How to generate leads through Upwork
• How to write winning proposals
• Basics of client communication and online sales
• How to understand buyer needs and position services effectively
• Practical exposure to digital marketing and business development

Requirements:

• Strong English writing and communication skills (showcase through university projects or freelance work if any)
• Basic understanding of marketing and consumer behavior
• Ability to write professional and engaging proposals
• Willingness to learn and take feedback
• Good research skills and attention to detail
• Preferably enrolled in or graduated from a Marketing, Business, or related program
