We are currently looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales Intern to support our business development and sales team. This role is ideal for individuals who are eager to gain hands-on experience in lead generation, client outreach, and digital sales strategies using platforms like Upwork and LinkedIn.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in identifying and generating new business leads through Upwork and LinkedIn
  • Support the sales team in writing and sending proposals, bids, and client responses
  • Conduct lead research and prospect identification based on target markets
  • Assist in managing and updating CRM and lead tracking sheets
  • Support email marketing campaigns for client outreach and follow-ups
  • Communicate with potential clients under supervision to understand requirements
  • Help prepare sales reports and performance tracking dashboards
  • Coordinate with the technical and marketing teams to align client requirements with company services
  • Maintain and organize client communication records

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Communications, or related field
  • Basic understanding of sales processes and lead generation
  • Familiarity with platforms like Upwork and LinkedIn (preferred)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to research and identify potential clients
  • Basic understanding of email communication and professional correspondence
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn

Preferred Skills (Bonus):

  • Experience with Upwork bidding or freelancing platforms
  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools (HubSpot, Excel sheets, etc.)
  • Understanding of B2B sales or SaaS sales
  • Familiarity with email outreach tools or LinkedIn automation tools
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion mindset
