Provide structured training for interns and integrate them into the AFH sales team to support daily operations, enhance field execution, and build a strong talent pipeline."
Responsibilities:
AFH contracts structure (legal & financial terms)
Contract lifecycle (creation, execution, closure)
Support execution of contracts in coordination with field team
Improve compliance with contract terms during execution (measured by audit/feedback)
Assist in closing/renewal contracts with proper documentation
Qualifications:
Business Administration (preferably with interest in Sales & Contract management)
