Sales Interns - Omanization or Arabic Speaker - ( Fresh Graduates )

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Muscat for a Sales Intern aiming to support their professional development. The Sales Intern will engage directly with clients to provide excellent customer service, assist the sales team with training and management efforts, and participate in sales activities to identify and develop potential leads. Daily responsibilities will include learning about RIKAZ’s projects, supporting client interactions, and contributing to team goals and sales objectives.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Basic understanding or eagerness to learn Sales techniques and strategies.
  • Willingness to partake in Sales Management and Training activities to strengthen sales acumen.
  • Energetic, self-motivated, and proactive approach to achieving sales objectives.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment.
  • Proficiency in English and Arabic is an advantage.
  • Preferred to have a degree or higher diploma in Sales
  • Good to have internship experience
