JOB DESCRIPTION

• Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs in Indian and international markets.
• Setting up meetings with potential clients, building strong relationships, and negotiating deals.
• Identifying customers for:
• Navigation & Communication Systems
• Automation & Calibration
• LSA & FFA
• Fire & Gas Detection Systems
• Marine Safety Equipment
• Firefighting & Rescue Equipment
• Life Rafts & Lifeboats
• Life Saving & Survival Equipment
• Participating in client visits and supporting business development initiatives.

· Assist the sales team with client follow-ups, proposals, and CRM updates.

· Collaborate with team members to brainstorm new marketing strategies.

REQUIRED SKILLS

• Fast learner with a strong passion for sales.
• Willingness to travel (National & International).
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills with the ability to engage foreign customers.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• Ability to adapt to changing customer needs and market conditions.
• Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools will be an advantage.
