Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Sales & Inventory Accountant to support sales operations, inventory management, and ERP-based transaction processing. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing sales orders, invoicing, stock reconciliation, inventory monitoring, and ensuring accurate financial and operational records.

Candidates must have strong ERP experience, excellent inventory control knowledge, and the ability to manage high-volume transactions with accuracy.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in sales accounting, inventory accounting, or inventory control
• Strong knowledge of invoicing, inventory management, and stock reconciliation
• Experience in sales order processing and sales coordination
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Odoo, or equivalent
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Strong analytical and reporting skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Currently available in Qatar
• Immediate joiners only

Key Responsibilities

• Manage sales orders, deliveries, and customer invoicing
• Monitor inventory levels, stock movements, and inventory accuracy
• Perform regular stock reconciliations and inventory audits
• Process returns, credit notes, adjustments, and inventory corrections
• Coordinate delivery documentation and shipment records
• Maintain accurate ERP transactions and ensure system compliance
• Prepare inventory and sales reports for management review
• Support daily transaction closures and month-end reconciliation activities
• Collaborate with sales, warehouse, and finance teams to ensure operational efficiency

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in trading, distribution, retail, FMCG, manufacturing, or logistics environments
• Strong understanding of inventory valuation and stock control procedures
• Experience working in fast-paced ERP-driven operations
• Transferable visa preferred

Additional Conditions

• Hiring only from within Qatar
• Immediate joiners will be given preference
• Contract duration: 1 month (extendable based on project requirements)
• Candidates with relevant sales, inventory, and ERP experience only will be considered

Pay: QAR6,000.00 per month
