Sales & Key Account Executive

About Us

We are a fast-growing marketing and advertising industry, a company working with clients across UAE and GCC. We’re looking for a driven Sales & Key Account Executive to build strong client relationships, manage existing accounts, and drive new business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and acquire new clients through prospecting, cold outreach, and networking.
  • Manage and grow relationships with key accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
  • Understand client needs and propose tailored solutions from our service portfolio.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, design, tech) to deliver client requirements.
  • Prepare reports on sales performance, pipeline, and client feedback.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years experience in sales, business development, or account management (preferably in [your sector]).
  • Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
