Job Title: Sales Lady – Tally (Engineering/MEP/Lighting Background)

Experience: 1–3 years (preferred in Engineering/MEP/Lighting + Tally)

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Lady with strong knowledge of Tally software and a technical background in Engineering, MEP, or Lighting products. The ideal candidate will handle sales, customer support, invoicing, and coordination, ensuring smooth sales operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle daily sales activities including customer inquiries, follow-ups, and product guidance.
• Prepare quotations, invoices, delivery notes, and purchase orders using Tally.
• Assist customers with technical details of engineering/MEP/lighting products.
• Maintain accurate sales records, inventory updates, and cash handling in Tally.
• Coordinate with the procurement and operations team for timely delivery of materials.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Support showroom sales and provide product demonstrations where needed.
• Ensure all documentation is accurate and aligned with company standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s/Diploma in Engineering, Electrical, MEP, or related technical field (preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience in sales or customer service.
• Strong working knowledge of Tally ERP (billing, inventory, sales).
• Good understanding of lighting products, electrical materials, or MEP components.
• Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word).
• Presentable, motivated, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
