Sales Lead - Abu Dhabi

A leading technology organisation in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Sales Head to lead a high-performing team focused on strategic enterprise clients across various verticals. You will own the end-to-end sales strategy, manage a healthy pipeline, and drive consistent revenue growth across complex, services-driven deals.


This is an exciting opportunity to lead a dynamic team and influence enterprise growth across the UAE.


Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong C-level relationships and identify new business opportunities.
  • Lead, coach, and mentor Account Managers to maximise team performance.
  • Drive high-value deals spanning digital transformation, managed services, cybersecurity, and software solutions.
  • Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to shape solutions and accelerate deal progression.
  • Ensure disciplined pipeline management, accurate forecasting, and KPI tracking.


Requirements:

  • Proven sales track record in Abu Dhabi / UAE enterprise sales — existing connections are a MUST
  • Experience selling to C-level executives and managing complex enterprise deals.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and strategic account management skills.
  • At least 8+ years of experience selling IT/Security services and solutions across the UAE.
