Job Description:

We are looking for a results-driven Sales Lead / Bidder with hands-on experience in Upwork, Bark, and Freelancer.com to generate high-quality leads and close projects for our digital services. The ideal candidate understands client requirements, writes compelling proposals, and converts leads into long-term clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and manage leads on Upwork, Bark, and Freelancer.com
• Write customized, high-converting proposals and bids
• Communicate with potential clients via chat, email, and calls
• Identify client needs and present suitable service solutions
• Follow up on leads and close deals successfully
• Maintain a pipeline of prospects and update CRM/records
• Meet monthly sales and lead generation targets

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience with Upwork, Bark, or Freelancer.com bidding
• Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills
• Excellent written and verbal English communication
• Ability to understand project requirements quickly
• Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset
• Experience selling digital services (web development, marketing, SEO, design, etc.) is mandatory.
