Overview:

We’ve grown quickly, largely through organic demand and referrals, and are now focused on tightening and scaling our sales motion. We’re looking for a hands-on Sales Lead - someone who can both close deals and build the sales foundation for the next stage of growth.

This role is ideal for a strong individual with 10+ years of experience who is ready to step into a broader leadership role. You’ll continue to run deals yourself while owning how Daisy sells: playbooks, pricing iteration, qualification standards, and collaboration with Marketing, Operations, and Product.

What You’ll Do:

  • Own and close a meaningful portion of inbound sales opportunities
  • Build and continuously refine Daisy’s sales playbook
  • Iterate on pricing, packaging, and deal structure in partnership with leadership
  • Define qualification standards and improve conversion from SQL to close
  • Partner closely with Marketing to align messaging, lead quality, and funnel performance
  • Work with Operations to ensure deals are structured for long-term success and scalable execution
  • Analyze funnel performance, identify bottlenecks, and improve close rates across the pipeline
  • Hire, coach, and support Account Executives as the team grows
  • Help create a clear, repeatable sales process that new hires can ramp into quickly
  • Play a key role in shaping how Daisy sells and scales in a traditionally outdated industry with a superior product
  • Leverage strong inbound demand to drive efficient, high-quality growth
  • Build strong cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Marketing, and Operations to improve outcomes

What You Bring:

  • 10+ years of B2B sales experience
  • Proven closer with experience running full sales cycles
  • Comfortable selling to multiple stakeholders and decision-makers
  • Experience building or refining sales processes
  • Analytical and curious - you like understanding why deals win or lose
  • Hands-on mindset with interest in growing into broader leadership
  • Startup experience strongly preferred
  • Real estate or proptech experience is a plus, not required

Compensation:

The salary range for this position is $200K - $300K OTE, depending on experience and qualifications. We also offer a competitive benefits package, which will be discussed during the interview process.
