Job Title: Sales Lead Executive

Location: Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate potential sales leads through online research, cold calling, and other lead sourcing methods.
  • Research target markets and industries to identify prospective clients and new business opportunities.
  • Qualify leads by assessing customer needs, interest level, and buying potential.
  • Maintain and update accurate lead information in CRM systems and internal tracking tools.
  • Communicate professionally with prospects via phone calls, emails, and messaging platforms to introduce company products and services.
  • Coordinate closely with the sales team to ensure timely and effective handover of qualified leads.
  • Follow up consistently with prospects to nurture relationships and convert leads into sales opportunities.
  • Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation targets.
  • Monitor and analyze lead generation performance and prepare regular reports for management.
  • Stay updated on company offerings, industry trends, and market developments to continuously improve lead quality..

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (preferred).
  • 0-1.5 years of experience in lead generation, sales support, or business development (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and result-oriented mindset.
  • Strong ability to identify potential customers and assess sales opportunities efficiently.
  • Good organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, lead databases, and MS Office Suite is an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills.
