Sales Lead - Facility Maintenance

We are a leading Facility Management Company committed to providing exceptional services to our clients across the UAE. We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Lead to join our growing team and help us expand our client base in the facility maintenance sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop sales strategies to grow our facility maintenance business across the UAE.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and vendors.
• Identify new business opportunities and potential clients in the facility management industry.
• Conduct site visits, prepare proposals, and present customized service solutions.
• Monitor sales performance, analyze trends, and report on progress to management.
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and address any issues promptly.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or BTECH
• 2-4 years of experience in sales within the facility management or related industries.
• Strong understanding of facility maintenance services, products, and market trends.
• Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Valid UAE driving license (required for travel across locations).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in the UAE market is a plus.
• Knowledge of local facility management regulations and industry standards.
• Strong understanding of integrated facility services, including both hard and soft services
• Proven success in negotiating and closing high-value contracts
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage long sales cycles and complex client requirement
