Job Description

Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Sales Lead for the Revenue and Partnership function for our Live business. This role demands a strong understanding of the media and events ecosystem, with a proven track record of driving sponsorship sales, brand solutions, and integrated marketing partnerships. The candidate will be responsible for creating and executing the go-to-market sales strategy, managing key client and agency relationships, and delivering business growth across IPs, live experiences, and branded content platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy & Revenue Delivery:
Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets across the live event portfolio, including owned IPs, brand activations, and bespoke events.

Client & Agency Relationship Management:
Build and nurture relationships with brand marketers, media agencies, and corporate clients to pitch event properties and integrated media solutions.

Brand Partnerships & Sponsorship Sales:
Drive sponsorship sales by crafting compelling brand narratives and partnership decks. Convert event IPs into monetizable solutions aligned with client marketing goals.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with the content, production, marketing, and creative teams to shape sellable propositions and ensure timely delivery of brand integrations.

Market Intelligence & Prospecting:
Identify and pursue new revenue opportunities across industries; track market trends, competition, and brand spends in experiential and event-based marketing.

Team Leadership:
Build and lead a high-performing sales team; mentor junior sales staff and drive a performance-focused culture.

P&L Ownership:
Drive profitability and efficiency in sales operations; forecast, budget, and track revenue performance at project and annual levels.

Key Requirements:
Proven experience in selling sponsorships or brand solutions in the events/media/experiential space.
Strong network across brand marketing teams and media agencies.
Ability to develop creative and strategic pitches tailored to brand objectives.
Entrepreneurial mindset with strong negotiation and closing skills.
High ownership, energy, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Strong presentation and communication skills.
