Sales Lead – Maintenance Contracts

Role Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales Lead to grow and manage NASCO Trading’s portfolio of maintenance contracts. The role will focus on identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and ensuring long-term partnerships through tailored maintenance solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to secure new maintenance contracts.
  • Identify target sectors and potential clients through research, networking, and lead generation.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact.
  • Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and contract agreements.
  • Collaborate with technical and operations teams to ensure service delivery aligns with client expectations.
  • Monitor contract performance, renewals, and upselling opportunities.
  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
  • Track market trends, competitor activities, and provide insights for business development.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in maintenance contracts, facility management, or engineering services.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field preferred.
  • UAE market experience is an advantage.
