Sales & Lead Generation Manager (with GoHighLevel Experience)

Job Type: Part-time to Full-time (Contract-to-Hire)

Compensation: $2500/month based + Commissions

We’re hiring a Sales & Lead Generation Manager (with GoHighLevel Experience) to own both revenue growth and marketing automation.

This hybrid role combines:

  • Sales & business development
  • Lead generation & funnel optimization
  • GoHighLevel CRM & automation systems
  • Client account management
  • Marketing strategy & execution

You’ll start in a part-time, 3-month paid trial period, with the opportunity to transition into a full-time leadership role based on performance.

This is an ideal role for someone who understands digital marketing, can confidently sell services, and knows how to build and optimize systems in GoHighLevel to support scale.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Revenue Growth

  • Prospect and connect with new leads via cold outreach, networking, social, and inbound channels
  • Run discovery calls, sales presentations, and close new business
  • Upsell existing clients and help grow monthly recurring revenue (MRR)
  • Track pipeline, deals, and follow-ups inside GoHighLevel

Lead Generation & Funnels

  • Launch and optimize lead-generation funnels
  • Build landing pages, forms, and booking flows
  • Support paid ad and organic campaigns with optimized conversion paths
  • Manage inbound and outbound lead generation techniques

GoHighLevel & CRM Systems

  • Setup and manage our GHL platform for lead generation
  • Build and manage GHL workflows, pipelines, and automations
  • Create triggers and sequences for lead capture, nurturing, booking, and follow-ups
  • Maintain clean CRM data, tagging, segmentation, and attribution
  • Build email and SMS campaigns that improve conversion rates

Client Account Management (Additional compensation included)

  • Serve as account manager for select clients
  • Ensure client satisfaction, retention, and growth
  • Work with team members as a manager and leader

Agency Growth & Operations

  • Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training
  • Identify opportunities to improve internal systems and workflows
  • Collaborate with leadership on growth strategy and new marketing tactics

Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in digital marketing and sales
  • 2+ years hands-on experience with GoHighLevel (required)
  • Strong understanding of SEO, Google Ads, PPC, and lead generation
  • Confident running calls, demos, and closing deals
  • Experience with CRMs, automations, and integrations
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Agency experience preferred

Time Commitment

  • Trial Period = 3 Months
  • Roughly 20 hours per week
  • Increased time and compensation quarterly based on performance

Compensation & Earning Potential

During Trial Period

  • Base Salary/Stipend: $2,500/month
  • Increases quarterly
  • Plus commission and account management bonuses

Ongoing

  • 10% commission on monthly retainers closed
  • 20% commission on one-time projects
  • Account Management Bonuses: $250–$750 per account
  • Performance bonuses tied to lead quality and conversion improvements

With strong performance, total earnings can exceed $10,000+ per month.
