Profile : Sales Lead – Education Sector

Salary : 9 to 12 lpa

About the Role:

We’re looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Lead with a proven track record in the education sector, particularly in selling digital boards, smart boards, or tech-driven solutions to schools. If you’re a strong networker, strategic thinker, and result-oriented leader, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and inspire the sales team to exceed revenue targets and business goals.

Build long-term relationships with school principals, trustees, and education leaders.

Develop and execute strategic business development plans tailored to the school ecosystem.

Track, analyze, and report sales performance; provide insights and actionable recommendations.

Represent Hoppr at school events, conferences, and education expos.

Requirements

6+ years of proven experience in sales/business development within the school or education sector.

Demonstrated success in selling digital/smart boards or education technology solutions. Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.

Ability to manage and scale a high-performing sales team.

Must be based in Delhi; male candidates preferred for this role due to travel-intensive nature.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 per year
