Sales Liaison Officer- Faisalabad

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the Regional Sales Office to ensure smooth business functioning.
  • Prepare and circulate monthly sales targets for assigned areas along with regular monitoring and progress updates to the team.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for HR and Administration on all matters related to the field force.
  • Provide end-to-end HR and administrative support to the field force ensuring timely resolution of issues.
  • Maintain and update comprehensive databases covering sales performance, field force details, company assets, distributors, ROIs, and related records.
  • Monitor regional monthly expenses and prepare expense claims in line with approved policies.
  • Compile, review, and validate field force expense and claims for accuracy and compliance.
  • Maintain proper records and documentation of all correspondence through an organized filing system.


Education:

Bachelor's degree.


Experience:

1-3 years of relevant experience from FMCG industry.
