Job Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day operations of the Regional Sales Office to ensure smooth business functioning.

Prepare and circulate monthly sales targets for assigned areas along with regular monitoring and progress updates to the team.

Act as the primary point of contact for HR and Administration on all matters related to the field force.

Provide end-to-end HR and administrative support to the field force ensuring timely resolution of issues.

Maintain and update comprehensive databases covering sales performance, field force details, company assets, distributors, ROIs, and related records.

Monitor regional monthly expenses and prepare expense claims in line with approved policies.

Compile, review, and validate field force expense and claims for accuracy and compliance.

Maintain proper records and documentation of all correspondence through an organized filing system.
Education:
Bachelor's degree.
Experience:
1-3 years of relevant experience from FMCG industry.
