Sales Loan Officer (Freshers Welcome)

We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Sales Loan Officer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and facilitating personal and business loan products while building strong client relationships and contributing to company revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell loan products to potential customers
• Identify client financial needs and recommend suitable loan solutions
• Achieve monthly sales and loan origination targets
• Maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals
• Coordinate with loan processors and underwriters to ensure smooth loan approvals
• Ensure compliance with banking policies and regulatory standards

Requirements:

• Freshers most welcome
• Sales experience is an advantage but not mandatory
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Target-oriented and self-motivated
