Position: Sales & Logistics Executive

The Sales & Logistics Executive will manage both the commercial and operational aspects of the company’s activities, ensuring smooth sales operations, efficient logistics, and strong client relationships. This role requires an individual with experience in both yacht/boat sales and marine logistics, capable of coordinating international operations, managing multiple brands, engaging with high-profile clients, and supporting regional sales across assigned territories.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Business Development

· Promote and sell brands represented by the company, including Frauscher, Chris-Craft, Sea Ray, Ferretti Group (Riva, Custom Line, Ferretti Yachts, Pershing), Arcadia Yachts, SACS and Seabob.

· Manage the complete sales cycle: lead generation, client engagement, product presentation, negotiation, closing of deals, and after-sales follow-up.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, brokers, marinas, shipyards, and partners.

· Develop a strong understanding of boat and yacht product lines and prepare strategic sales plans for each territory (UAE, Georgia, Montenegro, Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan and Armenia).

· Identify new sales opportunities based on market insights, customer needs, and competitive analysis.

· Support promotional events, exhibitions, boat shows, and official brand presentations.

· Prepare and present commercial proposals, quotations, and required documentation.

2. Logistics & Operations

· Coordinate the logistics of boats and yachts, including shipping, customs documentation, delivery planning, and tracking.

· Liaise with international shipyards, freight forwarders, customs authorities, and service providers for timely and cost-efficient deliveries.

· Oversee import/export procedures, transport insurance, marine logistics, and delivery timelines.

· Ensure that boats, spare parts, and equipment are prepared, inspected, and delivered according to brand standards.

· Monitor stock levels, shipments, warehouse arrangements, and local office logistics.

· Ensure full compliance with UAE and international marine logistics regulations.

3. Office and Territory Operations

· Organize the daily operations of the Dubai office, ensuring efficient workflow between sales, logistics, and administration.

· Coordinate and oversee sales and marketing teams operating in Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan, and Armenia.

· Develop structured sales and marketing processes for each region and ensure compliance with company policies.

· Prepare reports on territory performance, budget usage, and achievement of commercial plans.

4. Marketing Coordination

· Work closely with the marketing department to develop and execute targeted campaigns for each brand and territory.

· Monitor the effectiveness of marketing actions, analyze campaign performance, and propose improvements.

· Contribute to brand positioning and visibility through digital marketing, PR, and promotional initiatives.

· Support content creation for brochures, advertisements, digital media, and presentations.

5. Financial & Analytical Responsibilities

· Conduct financial analysis related to sales performance, pricing, margins, logistics costs, and operational expenses.

· Monitor adherence to the company’s commercial and operational budgets.

· Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports on sales performance, logistics progress, and marketing effectiveness.

· Provide recommendations to management to optimize profitability, market penetration, and sales strategy.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED10,000.00 per month

Experience:

  • Motorboats Sales: 3 years (Required)

Language:

  • Russian (Required)
