Project Role : Sales Management Practitioner
Project Role Description : Deliver sales plan and grow sales team. Deliver the sales plan working with the leadership teams and CALs within their CG, MU, Market or Services.

Summary: As a Sales Management Practitioner, you will be responsible for delivering the sales plan and growing the sales team. Your typical day will involve collaborating with leadership teams and Customer Account Leaders to ensure that sales objectives are met effectively. You will engage in strategic discussions, analyze sales performance, and implement initiatives to drive growth within your designated market or service area. Your role will require you to motivate and guide your team, ensuring alignment with overall business goals while fostering a culture of high performance and accountability. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert with deep knowledge and experience. - Should have influencing and advisory skills. - Engage with multiple teams and responsible for team decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams, and provide solutions to business area problems. - Develop and implement effective sales strategies that align with organizational goals. - Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Enterprise sales strategy, B2B / SaaS / Solution selling, Key account management, Large deal acquisition, CXO-level engagement, Territory planning, Pipeline management, Sales forecasting, Consultative selling - Good To Have Skills: Strategic alliances, GTM planning, Solution consulting coordination, Customer success alignment, Competitive intelligence, Market penetration strategy, Digital transformation solutions, Cloud / SaaS product knowledge, Proposal writing & bid management - Strong negotiation and communication skills to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders. - Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly. - Experience in leading and developing high-performing sales teams. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 18 years of experience in B2B/B2C Sales. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
