About The Role

As a Sales Management Trainee, you will be offered a personalized development plan, hands-on training with our leading business professionals, and the opportunity to work with our mentors, who are dedicated to your success. Key Responsibilities of Management Trainee:

  • Work directly with our trainers and mentors to: strengthen your sales, develop team-oriented leadership skills, and learn to create customer experiences that build lasting relationships.
  • Learn extensive product knowledge and build an understanding you will pass on to other team members.
  • Work with your mentors to understand our training format to stay on top of and inform our team of new products, promotions, or sales strategies.
  • Be the face of customer engagement that resolves complaints, inquiries, or concerns with professionalism and ease.
  • Ensure open communication is kept with the entire team regarding performance, sales goals, and attitude with our customers.
  • Engage in team meetings to set sales goals, and generate positive ideas that support our success as a company, and the success of our customers.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills that will be utilised with management, the team, and our customers.
  • Ability to handle fast paced, dynamic environments with efficiency and ease, adapting new solutions when necessary.
  • Detail oriented and professional when managing client accounts or sign-ups.
  • Reliable, punctual, and a team-player who is able to lead by example.
  • A proactive attitude with a drive to learn, drive sales, and grow with our company!
  • Must have a minimum of 6+ months in one of the following fields: customer service, sales, marketing, management or leadership.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 45 per week
