• Proven experience for atleast 10+ years in sales management preferably in the leather or related industry.
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing and motivating sales team
• In-depth knowledge of the leather industry, market trends and customer behavior.
• Exceptional communication , negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strategic thinking and analytical abilities to drive data – informed decisions
