Sales Manager

Promote and sell residential and commercial properties to clients.

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing professional advice on property options.
  • Conduct property viewings, presentations, and negotiations to close sales deals.
  • Generate leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, and digital platforms.
  • Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties that meet their needs.
  • Prepare sales contracts, agreements, and necessary documentation in compliance with company and legal standards.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by management.
  • Stay updated on real estate market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to enhance client experience.
  • Represent the company in a professional manner at all times.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
