Real Estate Agent

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Real Estate Agent specializing in off-plan properties to join our dynamic team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the UAE property market, particularly in off-plan sales, and be capable of generating leads, converting inquiries into sales, and delivering excellent client service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell off-plan properties from top developers across Dubai and other UAE emirates
• Identify and develop relationships with potential clients through networking, cold calling, and online platforms
• Conduct property presentations, site visits, and investment consultations with clients
• Guide clients through the entire sales process, from inquiry to closing
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, developer launches, and competitive listings
• Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs
• Maintain a CRM system with accurate and updated client information
• Provide after-sales support and maintain long-term client relationships

Requirements:

• Must have 1+ year of experience in Real Estate industry in UAE.
• Strong knowledge of the UAE real estate market and major developers (e.g., Emaar, DAMAC, Sobha, etc.)
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated, ambitious, and goal-oriented
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Fluent in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus
