Techmart is a leading distribution company in the Middle East region, specializing in Accessories (Telecom & IT) product categories across the Middle East. We are looking for Sales Managers to manage our strategic retail accounts in Oman.


Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Muscat. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing sales operations, developing strategic sales plans, and achieving sales targets. Key tasks include leading a sales team, identifying new market opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and preparing sales reports. The role also involves coordinating with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with business objectives.


Qualifications

  • Experience in Sales Management and Team Leadership
  • Experience in Managing Key Retail Accounts in Oman
  • Strong skills in Strategic Planning and Market Analysis
  • Proficiency in Client Relationship Management and Negotiation
  • Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Experience in the telecommunications or IT industry is preferred
  • Proficiency in relevant software tools and CRM systems
