We Are Hiring Sales Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Strategy & Planning
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Identify new market opportunities and customer segments.
- Forecast sales and set performance goals for the team.
- Team Leadership
- Train, and supervise sales executives or agents.
- Monitor team performance and provide coaching or support.
- Organize regular meetings to track progress and motivate the team.
- Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients, corporate customers, and travel partners.
- Provide tailored travel solutions and handle complex client requirements.
- Address customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
- Product & Market Knowledge
- Stay u to date with tourism trends, destinations, and packages.
- Collaborate with tour operators, airlines, hotels, and transport services to design competitive travel products.
- Promote seasonal or special travel offers.
- Marketing & Promotion
- Support marketing campaigns
- Attend travel expos, tourism fairs, and networking events.
- Work with digital marketing teams to create attractive sales promotions.
- Sales Reporting & Analytics
- Prepare and present sales reports to senior management.
- Use CRM systems to manage client data and sales pipelines.
Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Tourism, or Hospitality (preferred).
- Experience: 3–5 years in travel sales or tourism industry, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
