We Are Hiring Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Strategy & Planning
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Identify new market opportunities and customer segments.
  • Forecast sales and set performance goals for the team.
  • Team Leadership
  • Train, and supervise sales executives or agents.
  • Monitor team performance and provide coaching or support.
  • Organize regular meetings to track progress and motivate the team.
  • Client Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients, corporate customers, and travel partners.
  • Provide tailored travel solutions and handle complex client requirements.
  • Address customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
  • Product & Market Knowledge
  • Stay u to date with tourism trends, destinations, and packages.
  • Collaborate with tour operators, airlines, hotels, and transport services to design competitive travel products.
  • Promote seasonal or special travel offers.
  • Marketing & Promotion
  • Support marketing campaigns
  • Attend travel expos, tourism fairs, and networking events.
  • Work with digital marketing teams to create attractive sales promotions.
  • Sales Reporting & Analytics
  • Prepare and present sales reports to senior management.
  • Use CRM systems to manage client data and sales pipelines.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Tourism, or Hospitality (preferred).
  • Experience: 3–5 years in travel sales or tourism industry, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
