Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager with a strong background in the events, exhibitions, and activations industry within Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the sales team, developing strategies to drive business growth, and managing client relationships to ensure successful delivery and revenue performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
• Lead, train, and mentor the sales team to ensure high performance and achievement of KPIs.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities across events, exhibitions, and activations.
• Maintain and grow relationships with key clients, agencies, and stakeholders.
• Oversee proposal development, pricing strategies, and contract negotiations.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to adjust strategies accordingly.
• Represent the company at industry events, meetings, and exhibitions.

Requirements:

• Minimum 4-5 years of experience in a sales role within the events, exhibitions, or activations industry in Saudi Arabia.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage sales pipelines.
• Fluent in Arabic and English (verbal and written communication).
• Saudi National (mandatory).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Strong understanding of the Saudi market and client behavior.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid Saudi driving license is a Must.
