Job Description:

We are looking for a Sales Manager who has more than 5 years of experience in sales, especially in the manufacturing business. The person should be good at managing a team and achieving sales targets.

Main Responsibilities:

• Make good sales plans to sell our products and meet company targets.
• Lead and guide the sales team to work well and achieve targets.
• Find new customers and keep good relations with existing customers.
• Understand market trends and what competitors are doing.
• Prepare simple sales reports for the management.
• Solve customer problems and ensure smooth product delivery.
• Train the sales team when needed.

Important Skills:

• Good knowledge of manufacturing business.
• Good communication and ability to convince customers.
• Experience in managing and motivating a sales team.
• Focused on achieving targets.
• Good in solving problems.
• Able to maintain good relationships with customers.

Education:

• Graduate in Commerce / Business / Engineering or any related field.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
