Sales Manager

Golden Decor Home Furnishing LLC is a premium company specializing in custom-made sofas, carpets, curtains, wallpapers, bedroom décor, flooring, and complete home furnishing solutions.

We are looking for a Sales Manager (male or female) with proven experience in the same field to lead our sales growth and scale the company to the next level.

About the Role:

The right candidate will have minimum 5 years of successful sales experience in Dubai within the home furnishing / interior décor industry, with strong expertise in B2C sales. You must understand the needs of villa & flat owners, premium homeowners, hotels, and businesses requiring customized soft furnishing solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive sales of sofas, carpets, curtains, wallpapers, and soft furnishing solutions

Target and close deals with homeowners, villa/flat owners, hotels, and developers

Develop and execute winning sales strategies for the UAE B2C market

Build strong relationships with high-value clients, contractors, and designers

Lead and mentor the sales team to consistently achieve targets

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years proven experience in UAE’s home furnishing/interior field

Male or Female candidates welcome

Excellent knowledge of Dubai/UAE B2C market trends and clients

Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills

Leadership mindset with ability to scale operations
