Job Title: Sales Manager – Freight Forwarding (Imports & Exports)

What You’ll Do:
- Bring in immediate business — both imports and exports — using your own client base and industry contacts.
- Pursue new opportunities aggressively and close deals without delay.
- Deliver competitive freight solutions and win accounts from competitors.
- Handle end-to-end operations for the clients you onboard — from booking to delivery.
- Maintain and grow relationships with high-value accounts for recurring business.
- Negotiate hard with carriers and agents to secure the best rates.
- Consistently exceed sales targets — no excuses.
