Job Title: Sales Manager – Freight Forwarding (Imports & Exports)

Industry: Logistics / Freight Forwarding

What You’ll Do:

  • Bring in immediate business — both imports and exports — using your own client base and industry contacts.
  • Pursue new opportunities aggressively and close deals without delay.
  • Deliver competitive freight solutions and win accounts from competitors.
  • Handle end-to-end operations for the clients you onboard — from booking to delivery.
  • Maintain and grow relationships with high-value accounts for recurring business.
  • Negotiate hard with carriers and agents to secure the best rates.
  • Consistently exceed sales targets — no excuses.

What We Expect:

  • Proven track record in freight forwarding sales with 4+ years’ experience.
  • Strong operational expertise to manage shipments post-sales.
  • An active client portfolio ready to move business.
  • Deep network with shipping lines, NVOCCs, transporters, and overseas agents.

  • Able to work independently and deliver results fast.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
