Position: Sales Manager
Location: Middle East (preferred base in UAE/Saudi/Bahrain)
Industry Focus: Oil & Gas, Petrochemicals, Power & Water, Pharmaceuticals, Food & Beverage
Experience Required: Minimum 6 years (with at least 3 years in the Middle East region)

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Sales Manager to spearhead business development and market penetration across the Middle East region for our Industrial Control & Safety Systems (ICSS) and Automation Solutions portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in solution selling, key account management, and consultative sales in process industries, with strong networks in EPCs, OEMs, end users, and consultants.

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Development & Market Penetration
  • Identify, develop, and close sales opportunities for ICSS, DCS, PLC, SIS, SCADA, and automation solutions in targeted sectors.
  • Expand company footprint across GCC and Middle East through proactive customer engagement and partnership development.
  • Sales & Revenue Growth
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and growth objectives in line with business strategy.
  • Develop and execute sales plans, forecasts, and pipeline management.
  • Key Account Management
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, EPC contractors, and end users.
  • Drive customer satisfaction and position the company as a preferred automation partner.
  • Market Intelligence & Strategy
  • Monitor competitor activities, industry trends, and regulatory requirements to provide actionable insights.
  • Contribute to regional go-to-market strategies and pricing models.
  • Collaboration & Coordination
  • Work closely with technical, engineering, and proposal teams to develop winning solutions and proposals.
  • Support marketing initiatives, trade shows, and technical seminars to increase brand visibility.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Instrumentation, Electronics, or related). MBA is a plus.
  • Experience:
  • Minimum 6 years in sales/business development of automation systems & solutions.
  • At least 3 years of proven experience in the Middle East market.
  • Strong exposure to Oil & Gas, Petrochemicals, Power & Water, Pharma, and Food & Beverage industries.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving/overachieving sales targets in a competitive environment.
  • Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of ICSS/DCS/PLC/SIS/SCADA and industrial automation solutions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a multicultural team.
  • Established customer network in the Middle East.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
  • Having worked with PLCs, HMI, Historians like Siemens, Rockwell, Allen Bradley, Woderware, AVEVA etc will be an advantage.
