Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Manager, located in Riyadh, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing and leading a sales team, conducting market research, and maintaining client relationships. Daily tasks will include setting sales goals, creating sales reports, identifying new business opportunities, and collaborating with the marketing team to support lead generation efforts.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales and sales management in F&B or Online company
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
• Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Analytical and problem-solving skills for market research and sales reporting
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Fluency in English and Arabic is advantageous
