We are seeking a Senior Sales Manager with proven experience in IT solution sales, particularly ERP products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing a sales team, building long-term client relationships, and developing strategic sales plans.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company targets for ERP solutions.
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and lead generation.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closure.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of junior sales executives.
- Collaborate with marketing, technical, and product teams to tailor ERP offerings to client needs.
- Deliver engaging presentations, demos, and proposals to potential clients.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and pipeline status.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years of sales experience in the IT industry, with at least 2 years in ERP software sales.
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems and their applications in business.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Leadership qualities with the ability to manage and grow a sales team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Willingness to travel as required.
