Sales Manager

Panchkula, India

We are seeking a Senior Sales Manager with proven experience in IT solution sales, particularly ERP products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing a sales team, building long-term client relationships, and developing strategic sales plans.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company targets for ERP solutions.
  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and lead generation.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closure.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of junior sales executives.
  • Collaborate with marketing, technical, and product teams to tailor ERP offerings to client needs.
  • Deliver engaging presentations, demos, and proposals to potential clients.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and pipeline status.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 5+ years of sales experience in the IT industry, with at least 2 years in ERP software sales.
  • Strong knowledge of ERP systems and their applications in business.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Leadership qualities with the ability to manage and grow a sales team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Willingness to travel as required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
