**Position:** Sales Manager - Saudi Arabia Market
**Location:** Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
**Experience:** 2-5 years
Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to lead business development in the Saudi Arabia market. The ideal candidate should be currently based in Riyadh with 2-5 years of on-ground experience, a strong network across key sectors, and a proven track record of working with consumer brands, luxury brands, real estate, retail and government clients.
This role is suited for someone who understands the regions business culture and can independently drive high-value sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Market Development: Identify and convert business opportunities across sectors such as retail, hospitality, real estate, malls, airports, and event venues.
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Build strong, long-term relationships with developers, mall operators, luxury brands, event companies, and other key stakeholders.
Pitching & Proposals: Lead sales pitches, proposals, and client presentations in coordination with internal design and production teams.
Revenue Growth: Drive new business and meet revenue targets for the Saudi Arabia market.
On-ground Presence: Attend client meetings, trade shows, and industry events to grow visibility and engagement.
Cross-team Collaboration: Coordinate with HQ teams for costing, planning, and execution.
Reporting & CRM: Maintain sales pipelines, update CRM systems, and provide regular sales reports.
Key Requirements:
Currently based in Riyadh, with 2-5 years of experience in the Saudi Arabia market.
Proven success in B2B sales, preferably in experiential design, decor, events, exhibitions, or retail environments.
Prior experience working with luxury brands or high-end clients, with a strong understanding of premium brand expectations.
Well-connected in hospitality, real estate, malls, airports, and luxury retail sectors.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Highly self-motivated, goal-driven, and capable of working independently.
Understanding of regional procurement practices and commercial structures in Saudi Arabia.
A valid local driving license is preferred.
