Job Summary:

The Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in driving sales performance by leading a team of sales representatives, closing high-value deals, and ensuring that the team is well-equipped through ongoing training and education. The ideal candidate will possess a mix of strong leadership skills, expert deal-closing capabilities, and the ability to train and inspire others to achieve sales excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead by Example: Close key sales deals and set the standard for sales excellence, ensuring all targets are met or exceeded.
  • Team Leadership & Development: Provide ongoing education, training, and coaching to the sales team to improve their sales techniques, product knowledge, and closing skills.
  • Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement effective sales strategies that drive growth while managing team performance against sales targets.
  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and offering solutions that drive business results.
  • Bilingual Communication: Utilize strong communication skills in both English and Hindi to engage with a diverse range of clients and team members, ensuring clear and effective communication across all levels.
  • Sales Reporting & Analysis: Monitor sales performance, prepare regular reports, and present to senior management with recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborative Approach: Work cross-functionally with other departments (e.g., Marketing, Operations) to align sales strategies with company objectives.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar leadership sales role
  • Exceptional deal-closing skills with a track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong ability to educate and train a team, with experience in coaching and mentoring sales professionals
  • Fluency in English and Hindi (both written and spoken) for effective communication with clients and team members
  • Outstanding leadership qualities, with the ability to inspire and motivate others
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to manage and resolve conflicts
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
