What You’ll Do:
Lead, train and inspire a dynamic sales team
Develop strategies that drive growth & revenue
Build long-lasting client relationships
Spot new business opportunities in the market
Turn sales goals into success stories

What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience of minimum 5 years of experience as Sales Manager
Strong communication & negotiation skills
A results-driven mindset with a hunger for success
Ability to guide, mentor, and motivate teams
Bachelor’s degree (MBA is a plus!)

Languages Known: English, Malayalam, Hindi (Mandatory)
