Sales Manager

We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager who thrives in a fast-paced digital environment. Your mission is simple: bring in qualified clients, lead a hungry sales team, and help us hit (and smash) our growth goals.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and close B2B sales for digital marketing services (social media, content, ads, etc.)
• Build and manage a high-performing sales team
• Develop aggressive outreach strategies (email, LinkedIn, in-person, events)
• Set and track KPIs, pipelines, and conversion rates
• Identify new market segments and revenue opportunities
• Collaborate with marketing and leadership for campaign alignment

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven track record in B2B sales (agency or digital marketing industry preferred)
• Minimum 3–5 years experience in a sales leadership role
• Strong network in the UAE / GCC market is a plus
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a bonus
• You’re goal-obsessed, charismatic, and ready to hustle
