Role Overview
Lead and expand the traditional stock broking business by acquiring high–net-worth and retail clients, driving revenue through equity and derivative products to achieve aggressive growth targets.
Key Responsibilities – Senior Sales Manager
- Client Acquisition Revenue
- Source and onboard new Semi HNI and HNI clients for equity, derivatives, and other broking products.
- Achieve or exceed assigned monthly/quarterly brokerage and revenue targets.
- Relationship Management
- Maintain and grow a personal portfolio of active clients through regular follow-ups and market updates.
- Provide timely trade execution and personalized investment ideas to increase wallet share.
- Business Development
- Identify high-potential prospects through networking, referrals, and market intelligence.
- Cross-sell investment products to enhance revenue per client.
- Compliance Risk
- Ensure all trades and client interactions adhere to SEBI/exchange regulations and KYC norms.

Qualifications Experience
- Graduate/MBA in Finance, Business, or related field.
- 6–10 years of sales experience in stock broking/financial services.
- Track record of growing client base and achieving high brokerage revenue.
