Sales Manager

Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Location: Onsite role (Business Bay)

Working hours: UK Hours (11.30am/12pm start - 8.30/9.30pm finish)

Salary: 20-25k AED + commission

Due to growth and relocation of our operations, we are currently looking for a Sales & Performance Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for driving the sales team and maximising targets for growth, through the use of organic and targeted traffic. Utilising KPIs and data to make informed decisions, you will create sales strategies in order for the sales team to achieve successful outcomes, acting as the point of escalation for any customer queries or retention of sales. You will collaborate closely with the Operations and Marketing functions ensuring alignment across the departments to achieve Company objectives. You will have an analytical approach, be data driven and have exceptional attention to detail.

Develop and implement the sales strategy

  • Create effective and innovative sales strategies to drive sales and exceed targets
  • Set clear targets to ensure sales targets are met
  • Manage the sales team against KPI’s to meet overall strategy objectives.
  • Be mindful of competitors and be proactive within the market.
  • Identify emerging market trends and opportunities to maximise market share.

Drive sales performance within the department

  • Recruit, train and mentor the sales team.
  • Provide ongoing coaching and training to motivate the sales team and maximise selling opportunities.
  • Monitor outbound calls, and provide feedback on your observations, to ensure quality control and sales maximisation.
  • Conduct regular audits on the department, to ensure policies and processes are being adhered to.
  • Complete randomised checks on documentation, and the CRM system to ensure data is being stored correctly, and to encourage accountability

Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to achieve repeat custom.
  • Liaise with the developers to obtain progress updates on units that have been sold
  • Collaborate with internal teams including marketing and operations to ensure objectives are aligned with company goals.
  • Represent the Company at networking events
  • Be the point of contact for client concerns and resolve issues to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

Utilise data to streamline sales processes, and influence decisions

  • Evaluate current sales workflows to identify areas for improvement
  • Implement tools and technologies to automate administrative tasks and improve efficiency.
  • Ensure the office sales board is updated daily with key statistics
  • Analyse sales data to identify any key selling trends and themes
  • Review and utilise key metrics to identify areas of opportunity
  • Focus on customer retention and customer service.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED20,000.00 - AED25,000.00 per month
